First Aid Annual Refresher

Summary: This 3-hour course is to allow existing First Aiders to top up their skills during the lifetime of their Certificate. 3 years is a long time to keep skills fresh, and changes do get rolled out. This course boosts First Aider confidence and also meets requirements for Annual updates where the job requires it.

By attending an Annual Refresher, you get to practice existing skills and be updated on any changes.

There is no formal assessment and a Certificate of Attendance will be issued, which is valid for 1 year. It does not extend any existing qualifications.

If you have a current First Aid Certificate issued by 4 Minutes then you can attend any one of our public courses for free to refresh your skills. Just look at our course calendar, choose a date and request your place. As long as we have a spare place we will Book you in. Note: It will involve your attending for more than 3 hours to cover the complete syllabus due to the running order of the public course.

All courses are delivered, evaluated and quality assured to the same standards where possible as First Aid at Work topics. The course content fully meets the UK and European Resuscitation Council Guidelines 2015 and subsequent updates.
Whilst we try and maintain a fixed cost for our courses, our prices may be subject to an additional fuel charge if your location is a distance away from our nearest trainer to you.
There is a £50 supplement per day if that day is a Sunday or Bank Holiday.
